CANCELLATION POLICY

As a small business owner it’s important to have a solid cancellation policy. Any appointment canceled within 48 hours or less will be charged 50% of the appointment. 24 hours will result in 100% of service amount as it does not give adequate time to fill the given spot. Both 24/48 hour cancellations can be adjusted if you reach out and have it approved by me. I understand things happen but expect you to do your best to arrive on time to each booked appointment. No shows or same day changes to appointments will be 100% of service amount. Example: booking a full leg wax and changing your mind to half leg with less than 24 hour notice you will still be charged for the full leg. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment your appointment time will be shortened, you will still be responsible for the full payment of the time and service booked. Anything over 15 minutes late is considered a no show and I will not be able to see you. Thank you for understanding!
